Job Description:
Responsibilities:


 1, answering customer phone line to explain the company's business, develop customer;


2 Chinese e-mail, to respond to customer help customers deal with the wrapped and problem pieces to follow up on the status of customer orders, shipments, and maintaining customer relationships.


Requirements:


1, college degree or above, there are some basic English;


2, good customer service awareness, customer service or business with a single work experience is preferred;


3, strong communication skills and ability to cope, good psychological quality, high sense of responsibility;


 4, skilled use of office software and networks.
